Amanda holds a Master of Science in Acupuncture and Eastern Medicine, specializing in orthopedics and pain management, from Pacific College of Health & Science, as well as an advanced practice Doctorate in Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine from Yo San University. Additionally, she is a Fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine.

With extensive training in integrative medicine — San Diego Hospice and Institute for Palliative Medicine, Rady Children’s Hospital, San Diego Cancer Center, UCSD Free Clinic, and Chengdu Regional TCM Hospital in China — Amanda combines her knowledge and personal experience to provide holistic care.

Certified by the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) with over a decade of bodywork experience, Cara explores the deep somatic connections between body & mind, intuitively unwinding the fascia to facilitate profound healing in her clients.

Cara guides her clients through a holistic process to release stress, tension, and pain while promoting an empowered and revitalized relationship with their body, and ultimately, with themselves.
